Enter a website address to see if it is up or down right now. We send a real request from our server and show whether the page answered, with what HTTP status and how long it took. If it fails, we show the reason: the domain doesn't resolve, the connection is refused, the request times out or the certificate is broken.
Free and without registration. The check is made from our server, so the timings include the network distance to it.
We check from a single server. If the page opens for you but not for us, the cause is usually between our server and yours: a firewall or geo-block, a DNS record that is still spreading, or a CDN rule. Check from another network too before you decide the site is fine for everyone.
A code in the 200 range means the page answered normally. The 300 range is a redirect, the 400 range means the request was refused (for example 403 or 404), and the 500 range means the server failed to generate the page. A site that doesn't answer at all returns no code.
A one-time check only shows this second. Uptime monitoring checks your website every few minutes around the clock and emails you when it goes down and again when it recovers. It is free in Siteload after registration.
One request shows the best case. Run a free load test with up to 1,000 concurrent connections, compare the results after every change and get an email when your site goes down.
